Technical Review & Approval Process
We review your drawings, material specifications, quantity, and project requirements to confirm manufacturing feasibility and prepare an accurate quotation.
Approval Process Flow
We confirm the drawings (DWG/PDF), material specifications, quantities, and order conditions received from the customer.
We review manufacturing feasibility, key dimensions, omissions, and possible interferences based on the drawings and specifications.
Items requiring clarification are raised through an RFI, and manufacturing direction or alternatives are discussed when needed.
We prepare and submit approval drawings reflecting the agreed content, including key dimensions, interfaces, material specifications, and revision details.
The customer reviews and provides final approval. Any requested revisions are incorporated and resubmitted for confirmation.
Manufacturing starts based on the finally approved drawings and confirmed specifications.
When design or specification changes occur during manufacturing, the drawing revision and change history are updated and controlled.
Operating Principles
Approval Standard
Approval Drawing (external dimensions / tolerances / interface dimensions) compliance is mandatory.
Shop Drawing
